This role is based in Watford.
Main Responsibilities Will Include :
Manage and track Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), and styles in the ERP system, ensuring accurate data and timely processing.
Liaise with customers and factories to resolve queries, send POs and SOCs, and provide barcodes, packing, and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouses to process bookings, manage delivery schedules, and ensure on-time shipments.
Oversee stock management, including inventory processing, order allocation, raising picking tickets, invoices, and weekly order books.
Support financial processes by preparing invoices and addressing queries from credit control and accounts payable.
Deliver accurate seasonal reporting and assist the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks across customer order management, sales support, and internal operations.
Person Specification :
A natural ability to multi-task with strict adherence to deadlines.
Strong detail orientation with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Highly competent IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Would be able to pick up using the company ERP system quickly.
Outstanding communication and follow-up skills.
Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by teamwork and collaborative innovation.
Experience is not necessary, however having worked in the industry would be a plus.
