Salary : £24,900 + commission + benefits

Top earners are consistently making £1000 per month

Full-time hours, working between 8.30am and 8pm with one weekend in 4

First 3 months are based in the office, then you will work move to hybrid, and go in the office once per week!

We're looking for enthusiastic Inbound Sales Agents to join a growing, customer-focused team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase or renew their insurance, making every interaction count and ensuring they feel supported and valued.

What you'll be doing :

Handling inbound customer enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Building rapport through genuine conversations and understanding customer needs

Guiding customers through their options to find the right policy for them

Identifying opportunities to add value through cross-sell and upsell conversations

Following structured call flows and FCA regulations to ensure compliance
