\n🔧 What You'll Be Doing:\n

• Trimming, shaping and filing delicate ceramic cores to exact finishing specifications

\n

• Carrying out careful quality checks, identifying imperfections or structural issues

\n

• Working with small, intricate parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination

\n

• Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistent precision throughout each task

\n

• Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe

\n

• Supporting the wider production process with any additional finishing or inspection tasks

\n

\n👤 About You:\n

• Excellent attention to detail

\n

• Good hand dexterity and confidence handling delicate materials

\n

• Reliable with strong timekeeping and a proactive, flexible approach

\n

• Positive attitude and able to work well with others

\n

• Previous experience in finishing, production, assembly or similar roles is preferred but not essential
