Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver tailored housing advice to clients at risk of homelessness.
• Assess housing needs and develop personalised prevention plans.
• Liaise with landlords, housing providers, and support services to secure accommodation and resolve tenancy issues.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Support clients through the application process for housing assistance and benefits.
