T.R Bullworthy Ltd is a market leading supplier of Garage Equipment with a 40-year history based on the Northamptonshire / Oxfordshire borders.
We are seeking to fill a full-time, field and home-based role for an Area Sales Manager, located in the Northamptonshire / Bedfordshire area. The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales leads, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales goals.Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and contributing to the development of sales strategies to optimize business growth.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business, key accounts and customer relationships.
- Reach potential customers through prospecting.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales to meet and exceed sales targetsPrior knowledge of automotive workshop equipment, DVSA requirements and related British Standards / GEA standards is an advantage.Full time working with the ability to work from home.Being able to work with / understand CAD drawings and conduct basic site surveying.Knowledge of MS Office.Be highly motivated with strong organisational skills.Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.If you are interested, please submit your CV tostef@bullworthy.co.uk
