Vision for Education are currently looking for a flexible and enthuastic Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a vareity of Primary Schools in Ashford and surroudning areas. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking for flexible, day-day work or short term placements that fit around other commitments.

About the role :

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Work one-to one or with small groups of pupils to boost learning
• Adapt to diffrent classroom settings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom enviroment
