Shifts : Continental (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

The Opportunity

We're working with a leading global manufacturer that has recently invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology at its UK facility. They are now looking to recruit a Shift Engineering Lead (electrically biased) to lead and develop a small team of engineers on a busy 24 / 7 production site.

This is a hands-on leadership position , perfect for an accomplished Shift Engineer ready to take the next step, or an existing Supervisor looking for a new challenge.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a team of 2 multi-skilled engineers on a rotating continental shift

Planning, allocating and supervising daily maintenance and engineering work

Ensuring compliance with safe working practices, permits to work, isolations and LOTO
