Job descriptionSales experience is advantageous but not essential. Excellent English communication skills. Presentable, honest, and professional. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Fluency in a second language is a plus. Smart business attire required. Must be punctual, professional, and contribute to team development. UK / UAE driving license required.
Role Description :
Property Sales / Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential properties. Responsibilities include :
- Gathering property information and coordinating marketing materials.
- Staying informed about Dubai's residential property regulations.
- Conducting property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiating with clients from viewing to offer stage.
- Monitoring ongoing sales and lets with support from our teams.
- Following up with clients post-viewing.
- Keeping abreast of local market trends.
- Generating new business through networking and database outreach.
