Workshop Supervisor Job Details

Basic Salary : £46,000pa

Working Hours : 4 on 4 off - 06 : 00-18 : 00

Location : Shepshed

Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor

Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
Oversee and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
Undertake vehicle inspections and servicing.
Preparation and presentation of vehicles for MOT inspection.
Remain up to date with the latest vehicle technology and DVSA inspection standards.
Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.

Skills and Qualifications of a Workshop Supervisor

Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician.

HGV licence is an advantage.

Prior supervisory experience in automotive industry is essential.

Strong communicative skills.
