Your new role

As a 1 : 1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a pupil with additional orplex needs, enabling them to access learning and develop socially, emotionally and academically. Your responsibilities will include :

• Building constructive, positive working relationships
• Supporting the development of social skills,munication and emotional well‑being
• Providing tailored support based on the pupil’s individual needs
• Working closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive approach
• Demonstrating initiative,passion and the ability to respond calmly to a wide range of situations
