We are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit to a Housing Officer on a permanent basis in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities of the Housing Officer includes :

Delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement

Supporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed

Dealing with elements of ASB

Undertaking an effective lettings service where needed

Ensuring neighbourhoods are safe and clean Requirements of the Housing Officer includes :

UK Driving License
