About The Role
As a Deputy Manager of a children's residential home, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with Ofsted standards. Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising staff, managing rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development.
The role involves maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. You will liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence. Additionally, you will assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
