Factory Labourer - Flitwick

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a motivated Factory Labourer for our Flitwick location. This position is essential for maintaining our production lines and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support various manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and quality control of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Adhere to instructions provided by supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report any defects or issues.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
