Sales Specialist - Investment Property (UK Focus / KL Relocation)

Our Client is Seeking a Top-Tier UK Property Investment Sales Professional for a global career move!

Our client is looking for exceptional, high-performing Sales Specialists with a proven track record in selling off-plan UK residential property specifically to investors (buy-to-let, portfolio building, capital growth). Location : Remote (UK) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Relocation within 6-12 Months)

Earning Potential : Highly Competitive Basic Salary + Excellent Commission (O.T.E 120,000+)

The Opportunity : Investment Sales in Kuala Lumpur

You will be joining our client's dynamic international property investment firm that sources high-yield, off-plan residential developments across the UK (primarily in high-growth regional cities). The role allows you to work remotely during the initial phase to ensure product knowledge and sales proficiency, before transitioning to their bustling Kuala Lumpur (KL) office to service a growing, high-net-worth investor base across Asia.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Investor Acquisition & Management : Proactively source, qualify, and manage leads from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and overseas funds focused on UK property.
  • Off-Plan Sales : Expertly present and sell off-plan and completed UK residential properties, clearly articulating the investment case, rental yields, capital appreciation forecasts, and tax implications.
  • Consultative Sales : Act as a specialist consultant, building trust by understanding investors' portfolio goals and providing tailored, data-driven investment recommendations.
  • Due Diligence : Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, including reservation, legal conveyancing, and financing stages.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to consistently hit and exceed demanding sales targets.

What Our Client is Looking For (Essential Requirements)

  • Proven Experience : A minimum of 3+ years of direct sales experience in UK property, with a significant focus on selling off-plan developments to investors (not owner-occupiers).
  • Investment Knowledge : Deep understanding of the UK buy-to-let market, including stamp duty, mortgage / financing options, rental demand, and typical investor metrics (e.g., Gross Yield, Net Yield).
  • Investor Mindset : Ability to communicate complex financial and market data in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
  • Global Mobility : Absolute willingness and commitment to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, within 6 to 12 months of commencing the role.
  • Performance Driven : A history of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets ( in G.D.V).
