Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in social care? Do you thrive in a role where your leadership directly improves lives? The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking a Supported Living Manager to lead a vibrant and inclusive service supporting seven autistic adults in Rochester.

About the Role

As Supported Living Manager, you will :

Lead from the front, inspiring and developing a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.

Oversee a 24 / 7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota. Ensure a safe, person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.

Build strong, positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.

Collaborate with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to uphold our high standards.

About You

Were looking for a strong, visible leader for this role of supported living Manager :

Has5+ years experience coaching and developing specialist care teams.

Demonstrates practical leadership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Is confident in applying The Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA ,and Best Interest processes.

Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification(or equivalent).

Can adapt quickly to challenges and lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
