Associate Director / Team Manager - Recruitment Sector

Our client is an exciting recruitment company that has been operating for over 10 years and has a focus on Energy, Utilities, Renewables, Financial Service and Engineering.

They have seen steady growth and have great client base within UK and internationally.

They are currently looking for a Manager / Team Leader that can take charge of the Energy and Utilities division and grow and expand it over the next 12 months. They already have great clients in this area and a mixture of Contract and Perm.

Managing a small team you will lead from the front and help with the growth and strategy of the division. You will also work very closely and shadow the CEO who has a wealth of knowledge in this sector to pass on and develop the right person through to a potential Associate Director / Director level role.

Having a background within Energy and Utilities recruitment would be preferred but the most important thing is the management experience as well as the passion and energy to grow and build a team.
