Overview

Executive Consultant specialising in STEM Staffing

In this role, you will contribute to shaping the technical landscape, driving innovation, and working with cutting-edge technologies alongside a passionate team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring high performance, security, and scalability of the platform while delivering meaningful solutions to a global user community.

Responsibilities

Develop robust PHP code to deliver new features of varying complexity
Maintain, refactor, and improve existing codebases while resolving complex issues
Provide technical support and guidance when required
Share knowledge with the team through code reviews and technical discussions
Implement best practices for security and performance across all development work
Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience

Requirements

Eligibility to work in the UK

5+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with a strong grasp of development approaches and design patterns

Proficiency in automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, feature tests)

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Receptive to feedback and open to new ideas
