Providing clients with updates and tracking the progress of matters Opening and closing files within the case management system. Ensuring compliance with AML, quality standards, and SRA and CQS regulations. Performing general administrative duties. Preparing and submitting client quotes and drafting completion statements. Reviewing mortgage offers and drafting reports under supervision.
