Senior Town Planner - Warwickshire (Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in office)

As a Senior Town Planner, you'll join a well-established Town and Development consultancy based in Warwickshire that values expertise, collaboration, and flexibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working on a broad range of exciting projects across the region.

You'll be involved in projects that range from small-scale Class Q barn conversions, small to medium residential schemes to large, complex developments. Your work will see you collaborating directly with landowners, housebuilders, and developers, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and influence schemes from concept to delivery.

As a Senior Town Planner, you can expect to :

• Deliver high-quality planning advice and solutions to clients.
• Manage planning applications from small to large-scale projects.
