Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Masters Degree (MSc) in Medical Physics, or equivalent experience
- Corporate Membership of the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM)
- Registration as a Clinical Scientist with HCPC
- Certificated DHSC recognition as a Medical Physics Expert in radiotherapy (this is a level 8 equivalent qualification)
Desirable criteria
Higher Degree (PhD in appropriate subjects)Fellowship of IPEMChartered Scientist (CSci) awarded by a professional bodyAcademy of Healthcare Science (AHCS) Higher Specialist Scientist Register (HSSR) or equivalentLeadership / Management qualificationKnowledge, Training & Experience
