We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our ocean freight division. This is a pure sales role, focused on winning new clients, maximising profitability, and making your mark in a thriving logistics business.
What You’ll Do
Target and win new ocean freight business.
Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Deliver compelling proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the market and competitors. What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development or sales within ocean freight / logistics.
Strong understanding of ocean freight operations and pricing.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and ambitious.
A real relationship-builder with a flair for spotting opportunities. What We Offer
