Team Lead – Embedded Software | Life-Saving Technology | Permanent

Location : Cambridge (Hybrid)

Type : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £60,000 - £75,000

We’re supporting a pioneering engineering company that develops cutting-edge, life-saving systems used across the globe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on embedded software engineer ready to take full ownership of product development, from initial concept through to production. You’ll lead a small, collaborative engineering team - setting technical direction, mentoring colleagues, and delivering high-integrity embedded solutions in a regulated environment.

What we’re looking for :

• Strong experience developing Embedded C for bare-metal systems
• Proven leadership experience - line management, mentoring, and coaching
• A background in full product lifecycle development - from design to certification
