So, what does the role of a Claims Handler here involve?

This role is ideal if you love providing an end-to-end claims service, building on new and existing client and insurer relationships by delivering first-class service across all classes of commercial and personal lines claims.

Our Claims Handlers excel at reporting, chasing, and advising customers on their claims, liaising from the First Notification of Loss through to the settlement of claims.

What you will do

• liaise with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth claims experience
• protect the interests of clients and insurers to achieve the best outcome
• assist in the recovery of our customers' uninsured losses
• issue continental travel documentation
• perform filing and other administrative duties
• answer helpline calls received from clients
• assist the Account Executives and Directors with broking duties, including client visits, as required
