Spanish Teacher - Bedfordshire

Quantum Scholars are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in Bedfordshire who are seeking a qualified and experienced Spanish Teacher to join them immediately. This is a short-term position running through to Easter.

The school is a co-educational secondary with a sixth form, recognised for its strong focus on academic achievement, personal development and high-quality pastoral care. They deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum across KS3, GCSE and A-Level, and have been rated "Good" by Ofsted.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Spanish lessons across KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5.

• Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring strong progress and attainment.

• Develop pupils' skills across speaking, listening, reading and writing.

• Promote confidence in communication and an appreciation of Spanish language and culture.

• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including high-achieving students and those with SEND.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports excellent behaviour for learning.

• Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with school policies.
