The Role – BSL Teaching Assistant
Full-time, long-term role starting immediatelySupport students with hearing impairments, autism, and additional SEN needsProvide 1 : 1 and small-group support, using BSL to aid communication and learningAssist pupils with social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily routinesWork alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored learning plansContribute to an inclusive, engaging classroom environment where every student can thrivePerson Specification
