We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's highly reputable, award-winning independent garage located in High Wycombe. Benefits :

Competitive starting basic salary from £37,500, negotiable based on experience, with potential for higher earnings for EV or Master Technician status

Year-end bonus equivalent to 10% of annual salary

Monday to Friday working hours, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm

No weekends required

Conduct routine vehicle servicing and checks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify repair needs accurately

Undertake vehicle road tests to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a high standard of work and professionalism at all times

Support colleagues where necessary to ensure smooth workshop operations
