Pay Rate : £13.75 – £15.00 per hour

We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a well‑established primary school in Ormskirk. This temp‑to‑perm position offers a stable, long‑term opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive in their learning.

Your role will involve supporting pupils who benefit from additional guidance, helping them stay engaged, focused and confident throughout their school day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing 1 : 1 and small‑group learning support
• Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom
• Assisting teachers with planning and resource preparation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
• Working closely with staff to ensure pupil progress
