Mortgage and Protection Advisor

My client is a very well established, successful, independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.

Due to successful business growth, the company are currently keen to recruit an additional employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor (handling Residential and BTL mortgage cases) to join their established team based within their busy Cheshunt, Hertfordshire office.

This is an office based role with both free car parking available and also great public transport links. The working hours within this role are Monday to Friday (only) from 8 : 45am to 6pm (including a 1 hour lunch break each day).

In addition to the large existing base of established clients that the company have, they also gain numerous new high quality, qualified, mortgage client introductions each day, that will be distributed to you as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor. In addition to this, the company regularly gain further new business via referrals / recommendations and also as a result of their marketing campaigns.

• Within this employed position, key role features include;
• You would provide independent whole of the market mortgage advice and associated protection advice to clients.
• Qualified client leads will be regularly provided to you, with an excellent conversion rate. In turn you are not required to have a client base of your own for this role. Although, if you do have an existing client base of your own moving into this position then naturally you would be able to additionally continue to write this business.
• You will receive compliance support both in-house and also from an established external team.
• You will be provided with all required technology and office provisions. Plus the availability of meeting rooms within a Cheshunt, Hertfordshire office to work from.
• You will work within both a professional environment and in a successful, friendly and helpful team.
• The company will support you with further career development opportunities in the future including the possibility of becoming a stake holder within the business and / or to create your own arm of the business.

Key candidate attributes :

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting basic salary of circa £35,000. Plus an excellent uncapped commission structure earnt within the role. Leading to a first year annual OTE for experienced Advisor’s of circa £50,000 to £60,000, and then more year on year thereafter.
