About the Company / Role

A national non-profit org is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join its central reporting function. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (first or second role in data, or pivoting in) who has strong Excel skills and exposure to reporting tools.

You will :

• Produce performance reports for senior stakeholders, improving reporting processes, and supporting decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
• Work within a supportive team of 8 analysts and senior leads , gaining exposure to high-impact reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use Excel and Business Objects to extract, manipulate, and present data.
• Improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
