Maintenance Engineer Role :

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in the maintenance and smooth running of machinery in the production department. This position is vital to ensuring maximum reliability and uptime, with scheduled maintenance managed proactively. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, inquisitive, and collaborative, supporting the business through a period of growth.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities :

• Provide mechanical and electrical support to operators for machine set-ups and changeovers, ensuring products meet quality standards while minimising downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Perform fault diagnosis and repair across a range of production machinery.
• Lead on electrical and electronic repairs to primary manufacturing machinery.
• Undertake mechanical repairs, facility upkeep, and general housekeeping in line with legislation and procedures.
