Working Pattern : 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday
Overview
Company of Cooks is seeking a People and Culture Manager for a new opening in Covent Garden with Guinness. The role focuses on shaping culture, leading HR operations, and partnering with leadership to drive strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement : Lead strategies to develop culture on site, foster staff engagement, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management : Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
- Performance Management : Manage performance review processes, support managers in performance improvement plans, and provide guidance on staff development.
- HR Operations : Ensure the efficient management of the HR lifecycle, from policy development and implementation to managing employee relations and benefits.
- Workforce Planning : Advise on workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet current and future skill needs and strategic objectives.
- Leadership Support : Provide advice, guidance, and insight to leadership on people and culture-related matters, facilitating organizational change management.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to align people and culture initiatives with the organization's overall business strategy.
- Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments.
- Client-Focused Approach : A proactive, client-focused mindset to deliver value-added services.
- Adaptability : Ability to remain flexible, resilient, and calm under pressure while adapting to changing requirements.
- Confidentiality : A high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to drive improvements.
