Base pay range

We’re seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our client’s international finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across their European operations.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, analyse key performance drivers, and turn data into insights that shape commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning for European business units
• Performing variance analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Supporting pricing, product costing, market analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and technology to deliver consistent, data-driven reporting
• Building financial models and KPIs to improve decision-making at all levels
