Sommelier

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sommelier to join our team at RSB.

A suitable candidate would have experience in a similar role or style of restaurant, with a genuine love of wine and a commitment to providing personalised and knowledgeable service.

Role details:

• Based across four days: Wednesday to Saturday
• Evening services, with lunch on Saturdays
• Minimum WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent
