Rituals is looking for Festive Rituals Advisors for the festive season. You are part of the store team and engage directly with customers, listening and advising on which products are the perfect match for their needs, turning every interaction into a memorable customer experience.

At Rituals, we created an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics. As our products are for every customer, you can guide each one to the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach goals and store targets.
• Interact with customers and provide a Best in Class customer experience.
• Follow Store safety procedures.
• Keep the Store clean and tidy, so that our products are always presented according to Rituals standards.

You will become an expert in our Rituals products and treatments, with opportunities to expand your knowledge and luxury retail skills through our training programs.
