We are opening a new 4-bedded childrens residential home in Slough and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a home from the very start, with the full support of an experienced Responsible Individual who has over 20 years background in social care and managing childrens homes.
The property has planning permission in place, all required adaptations completed, and is set up with policies, a dedicated sleep-in room and office. We are now looking for the right person to bring their experience, leadership, and commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
What were looking for :
At least 18 months2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential setting
Previous experience of completing the OFSTED registration process for a new home
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards
A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
What we can offer :
Salary of £60,000 £65,000 depending on experience
