Salary : Up to £52,000 + tronc + benefits

About the Role

The Trading House is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a successful site, with a competitive salary of up to £52,000 (DOE) plus tronc, bonuses, and industry-leading benefits.

As General Manager, you'll be the driving force of the restaurant and bar, leading from the front, inspiring your people, and ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.

The Trading House is open to the public Monday to Friday (being the GM's core shift pattern) with private hire available on the weekends.

What You'll Do

As our General Manager in hospitality , you will :

• Take full ownership of your P&L, delivering strong financial performance.
• Lead from the front, spending time on the restaurant floor with guests and your team.
• Develop, coach, and inspire your management team and future leaders.
• Manage HR, appraisals, and performance reviews to support progression.
• Build a pipeline of talent, ready for growth across The Trading House.
• Ensure service standards and operational excellence are consistently achieved.
