Personal Assistant FTC

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

As the Personal Assistant of the Marketing Director, you will provide efficient day-to-day support. This role provides a proactive service to ensure the smooth running of the administration and secretarial support in arranging business and personal schedules. You will also take the ownership of the travel arrangements and assist in projects, administrative work for the team and private matters of the director.

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of four days per week working onsite at Bicester Village.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Manage the diary extensively including scheduling all meetings, engagements, conference calls, travel, board meetings, conferences
• Manage the flow of meeting invitations, prioritising, dealing with frequent changes
• Plan travel ahead to ensure cost efficiency and to maximise the benefit by planning additional meetings during the trip
• Assist in day-to-day administrative work for the Director
• Assist in projects and preparing presentations, where required

• Formal secretarial/office administrative qualifications and sound understanding of office procedures at a senior level are essential
• Previous experience in working at senior level in a large organisation within fast-paced environment
• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously with an eye for detail
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
