Job Title : EMEA SOFTWARE ENGINEER - GAMES & SOCIAL

Location : UK (Remote)

Duration : 12 months (with extensions)

About the Role

Join a global, well-trusted tech leader as the first EMEA Partner Product Engineer, helping to build and maintain gaming platforms that power instant games on social platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Product Engineering, and external developers, to improve existing tools and deliver innovative features.

What You’ll Do

Build new products and improve existing developer-facing platforms.
Solve complex technical and business problems at scale.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Guide workflow changes and achieve consensus from stakeholders.
Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge across the team.
Influence roadmap decisions through data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 5–7 years in software engineering, shipping production-quality code.

Core Skills : JavaScript (2–3 yrs), React (2–3 yrs), PHP (or ability to learn).

Desirable : Gaming experience, HTML5 Instant Games development.

Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and scalable systems.

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
