Keeler Recruitment are working exclusively with a respected and growing business in Norwich to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. You will play a key role within the finance team, ensuring accurate management of the sales ledger, minimising credit risk, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams. This is a busy role that requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing the sales ledger and credit control function

Monitoring customer credit, ensuring payments are received within agreed terms

Processing payments, invoices, credit notes, and reconciliations

Liaising with insurers, credit agencies, and internal stakeholders to minimise risk

Actively chasing debtors and resolving queries quickly and professionally

Preparing and distributing customer statements and reports

Supporting the wider finance team when required

About You :

Proven experience in a Credit Control role

Strong IT skills, ideally with Kerridge, Sage, and Excel

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines in a busy finance environment

A problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accuracy

A confident team player with a professional and proactive approach
