SEND Caseworker needed in Worcester

The rate is £176.57 per day PAYE

Responsibilities

• liaising with families, and other professionals, to coordinate, create, implement, monitor, and amend Education, Health, and Care Plans.
• producing high-quality EHCPs, preparing for and attending meetings associated with the EHCP process.
• building strong, positive relationships with parent / carers, educational settings, and other professionals.
• supporting children and young people to achieve good educational outcomes whilst transitioning between different phases of education.
