Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and oversee service to ensure a high standard of guest experience.
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team, in collaboration with the Assistant Manager.
  • Resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations across shifts.
  • Help create a positive and lively atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
