About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic to join our busy workshop team. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle inspections, working strictly to manufacturer specifications. This role is ideal for a technician with proven experience, strong technical knowledge, and a professional approach. A 4-day working week option is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs

• Diagnose faults using manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment

• Carry out vehicle inspections and scheduled maintenance

• Maintain accurate job cards and service records

• Ensure all work meets manufacturer, safety, and quality standards

• Work efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines

• Support excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification preferred

• MOT Testing qualification advantageous

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Reliable, professional, and detail-focused with a stable employment history

• Full UK driving licence

• Own tools required
