A well-established fire and security company is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join its Brighton-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, team-oriented environment, delivering high-quality maintenance, reactive and remedial services across a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned maintenance, fault finding, and remedial works in line with British Standards.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding service outcomes and next steps.

Manage van stock to maximise first-time fixes.

Complete documentation accurately and professionally.

Support junior engineers and collaborate with colleagues.

Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in the on-call rota.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in fire and security service engineering.

Strong understanding of BS5839, SP203, SSAIB standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
