Job descriptionPrevious experience in setting and operating lathes / turning machines Working with engineering drawings Previous experience if using Quality inspection tools used such as verniers, callipers and micrometres. Overview
Position : CNC Turner
Location : Cheltenham
Position : permanent
Salary : ££36,434 per annum
Working hours : 38 per week Monday to Thursday 02 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm
We are now seeking to recruit CNC setter to set and operate CNC lathes machines for a busy company based in Cheltenham. This is a permanent position for CNC setter
Responsibilities
- Following technical drawing setting and operating CNC turning machine with Fanuc controls
- Machining precision parts to tight tolerances
- CNC Machinist must be able to set and operate a machine under no supervision
- Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances
