IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to support the Strategic and Private Sector Housing Team for our client in Wigan, WN1.
Duties :
- Provide administrative support including preparing legal notices and civil penalties.
- Input and maintain case information on the Locata case management system.
- Organise correspondence, review licence applications, and support the team with admin tasks.
- Manage data across ICT systems, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
- Monitor the team inbox, triage work, and respond to enquiries about empty homes.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and support the team’s day-to-day operations.
Experience :
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varied demands.A NVQ level 2 or above in either administration or Business Admin or equivalent is desirable but not essential if you have the experience.Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage technical and general admin tasks with accuracy.Good communication skills for drafting documents and dealing with customers.Motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.Hours & Pay :
Monday – Friday (Hours worked are normally between 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, but will be confirmed at interview)37 Hours Per week.£13.26 - £13.90 Depending on experience.Interested?
