Job descriptionWe\'re searching for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment yet can work independently following thorough training. Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word A readiness to learn our bespoke accounting software, Evision & Webcontractor (training provided)
Overview
Job Title : Accounts Assistant
Location : Monument
Pay : £14 - £15.50 per hour
Duration : Temporary ongoing
Hours / days : Full Time, Monday- Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Responsibilities
- Entering, costing, and processing supplier bills with precision
- Managing our comprehensive database of suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting with various ad-hoc compliance tasks as needed
- Supporting the team with any other matters that arise
