Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 – 17 : 00

Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the health, nutrition, and wellness sector, supplying a wide range of high-quality products and services to customers across the UK and overseas. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to strengthen their customer service team and play a pivotal role in managing and developing client relationships.
The Role
The Customer Accounts Manager will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are handled efficiently and with care. This is a customer service-led and supporting key administration in the first year, with the opportunity to evolve into a more strategic account management position as the business continues to develop.
This role is well suited to someone who is a natural relationship builder — nurturing, approachable, and genuinely invested in supporting customers and the company’s long-term success.
