as an Assistant Building Surveyor :

• The Assistant Building Surveyor will work on building surveys, condition assessments, and inspections across a range of property types.
• Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
• Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
• Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
• Involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.
