About Your Role

• Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes / projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level.
• Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics).
• Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations, with a first-rate client network.
• Lead, build, and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions.
• Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients' change programmes.
• Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in the HLS sector.
• Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements.
• Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development.

Requirements

We are looking for Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical sector.
