Registered Children's Home Manager

A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a 4 bed EBD home based in Derby DE23.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a Childrens Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
• Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
• Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
• Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted

Salary :

£55,000 - £65,000 negotiable working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
